We're Hiring: AI Program Manager

AI-First is growing, and we're looking for an AI Program Manager to join our delivery team.

We're a Halifax-based firm helping organizations across Atlantic Canada put AI to practical use, through our AI-First Accelerator program, hands-on workshops, custom development, and advisory retainers. We're currently a team of seven, and this hire is central to how we scale our core service.

The Opportunity

The AI-First Accelerator is our core program, and this isn't a role where you just deliver it. You'll lead engagements end to end, coach organizations through change, and over time take on real ownership of how the program works and where it goes next.

We're remote-friendly, AI-native by default, and built around real autonomy. Bring your judgment and ideas, and you'll see them put to work quickly.

This posting may fill more than one role. We're looking for 3+ years of relevant experience, whether you're deepening an established facilitation practice or ready to lead client engagements on your own for the first time. Depending on your strengths and interests, the role can grow in different directions over your first three to six months, whether that's owning more of the Accelerator's methodology, leaning into business development, or deepening as a facilitator and program designer.

• Salary: $85,000–$105,000, based on experience, expertise, and other factors
• Location: Halifax, NS (remote-friendly)
• Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Target start: September 2026
