The firm was receiving a constant stream of RFQs and tender documents, some relevant, most not. Engineers were losing hours every week scanning PDFs to figure out which ones were worth pursuing. They also needed a way to look back at past bids quickly, like "what was the last hospital project we quoted" or "what chiller did we spec for that job in Moncton."

What we did together

Your engineering team got a four-flow Power Automate pipeline plus a custom agent. The pipeline filters incoming documents, identifies whether each one is a real RFQ relevant to the firm's scope, classifies it, and logs the structured data to a database. The agent sits on top of the database and answers natural language questions about the firm's bid history.
